  • Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or misuse of internal tools is prohibited.
  • Employees must comply with company IT, HR, and compliance policies.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business and workforce requirements.
  • Ensuring timely payments as per contractual agreements.
  • Using reports and workforce data responsibly, without misrepresentation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, software, and documentation provided through our Services are the property of Vayasya Seva Private Limited. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.
  • Workforce deployment and outcomes depend on client cooperation and real-world conditions.

7. Data & Confidentiality

  • Clients and employees agree not to misuse or disclose confidential information.
  • We implement safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security against cyber threats.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services (including internal tools) for violation of these Terms, misuse, or non-compliance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
